According to wikipedia, her ghost (Boudica's, that is) is supposed to haunt Lincolnshire -- maybe she's too far south and east from the centers of Rowling's action.

But Boudica would be tricky, too, as so much of the wizarding world seems to be Romanized -- I wonder if the wizards aren't just as happy to forget about her .
