So I've been thinking about making a dramatic return to livejournaling. That is, not a dramatic return, but an anti-climactic sneaking-in-the-postern-gate (ha! They will all think I'm leaving!) kind of return.
According to livejournal, I haven't posted in 40 weeks, which is rather Biblical of me. In the meantime, I have successfully recitaled my way into a music major, and have decided to apply into the Classics major (alas, Medieval Studides, I shall miss you but I think it was not to be, or at least, that I want more background first) this fall (and I am going to take up livejournal again why? Maybe I won't). I've been to music camp and back, have read an awful lot of Catullus and a book or so of Anabasis, and about half of the Barchester Chronicles. And Harry Potter, of course. I learned and performed Beethoven "Serioso" this summer, and I'm working myself on Tchaikovsky Rococo Variations (blah). Sewing a bit. And a lot of moping. Thus Lydia, a few days before the semester starts.
