Why am I here?
It's so stupid. Life is so uncertain; so many things can happen. So why am I wasting my time a million miles away from my family? Anything could happen tomorrow: it feels like tempting fate to even think to myself "At Thanksgiving…" or "Over winter break…"
My family is all that I have. That's what's important. Because there isn't really any point to life. There's no overarching purpose, no definite end. We're here for little while, and then it's done. Gone. Ended. I should be spending every minute I can with my family and my friends, because I can never know whether I'll see them again.
